MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Lokasi Kerja di : Karawang

Primary functions of Job :

    You will coordinate and plan the repair & maintenance of all facilities at PT Voith Paper Rolls Indonesia such as : Electric Line, Telephone Line, AC, Water Pipe, etc
    You will coordinate and plan the repair and maintenance of all supporting machinary such as : Air Compressor, Boiler, Generator, Pump, Crane, and other equipments
    You will support the Production Dept to minimize the down time in production machinary such as : Lathe & Grinding, Drilling, Balancing, Rubber Milling, Casting, Extruder, etc
    You will work closely with the Production Dept to minimize the break down of the machine and keeping the machine in dependable condition
    You will also uphold the Operational Excellence Program, safety rules, or any other program that applied in the company

Requirement :

    You have a min Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, with 3 -5 years in maintenance area with preventive maintenance skills/ knowledge
    Have experience in paper industry is an advantage
    You have good analytical skill and leadership skill to lead your department
    You have knowledge in trouble shooting on break downs and planning maintenance activities
    You have knowledge and experience in implementing HSE in your work place
    Have initiatives, cooperative with others and able to organize his/her own work well
    Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in MS Office especially at MS Excel
