Qualifications Lowongan Kerja Manado November 2013:

    Gender: MALE
    Maximum of age : 35 years old
    S1 degree in Architect, Preferably S1 graduated from civil technique from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 2,75 (MUST)
    Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field (landed house), at least 2 years as Site Supervisor in property company ( Structure, Plumbing, M & E and Interior ) 
    Strong working knowledge in infrastructure & networking, as well as handling communication network data
    Has good computer skills (3D Max & CAD), Autocad expert and Design Graphics preferably in Real estate business.
    Good leadership, business exposure, mature; good decision maker, and strong analytical skill
    Physically and mentally healthy
    Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
