Lowongan Kerja PT JF Hillebrand Indonesia, are a global freight forwarding group operating in 80+ countries that have recently established an office in Jakarta (south). This is our initial few positions in this newly refurbished office and it reports to the Team Leader (Operations).

PT JF Hillebrand Indonesia through Lowongan Kerja 2014 inviting dedicated professionals to join as:
OPERATION EXECUTIVE

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the coordination and handle daily operations from all aspects of shipping details entry and invoicing. Through the effective use of the Group’s business processes and IT systems and support tools, to give and maintain a high level quality of data information, customer service, and to give overseas offices and agents with a high degree of co-operation.

Main Activities
Daily Operational activities
• Shipping documentation and shipment order handling.
• Ensure the data entered into system (FLOW) is entered timely and accurately and in line with weekly data quality checks report. Analyse re-occurring problems and make improvements where necessary
• Timely Invoicing process, monitor the quality and accuracy of all invoice and reports within your responsibility. Report any inaccuracies/losses to your manager. Highlight the details of additional charges and the reasons to your manager and customers.
• Respond to your manager’s requests in a timely manner. Provide prompt, efficient and regular communication with customers, overseas offices and service providers on all aspects of shipment activities.
• Be proactive in your response regarding service issues. By planning and finding alternative solutions to enhance our customer’s needs and to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop, maintain & ensure customer profiles are accurate and up to date.

Working Experience
• 1 – 2 years in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of Customs documentation and regulations.
• Knowledge or experience in warehouse or supply chain is an advantage

• Fluent :English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Written :English, Bahasa Indonesia
