    PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE DEPT.HEAD (MANADO)

    Production Dept Head (Manado)

    You are leader in production department you provide leadership and support in all production process activity and to make sure that the production machineries run/operate optimally so that it can achieve the production target: quantitatively, quality wise and follow its prescribed operational standards. Aside from that you are also provide guidance, direction and support to your sub-ordinates related production issue or disciplinary your team and also to train and develop your sub-ordinates that they achieve maximum working performances.

    Qualification

        Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
        At least 2 years in managerial level & 5 years working experience in injection molding, blow molding or compression molding
        Possess strong leadership, good communication, and able to influence to other
        Computer literate
        Willing to be placed in Manado
