Responsibilities

• Provide clear and credible leadership to the whole delivery team. Earn the respect of the team and lead by example.
• Motivate the team to ensure they deliver the service to customers in line with custoner expectations
• Hire team members who meet the skills and cultural requirements of SoftwareSeni.
• Drive the adoption of the desired SoftwareSeni culture
• Identify and implement improvements (eg process and policy changes) to help SoftwareSeni deliver better service to its clients, be an employer of choice, and improve its profitability. 
• Monitor and manage staff performance
• Mentor and grow team members so they can progress through their career at SoftwareSeni
• Provide the leadership and mentoring to ensure team leaders are following your example and providing good professional management to their team.
• Improve the team’s capabilities in Technical skills, Customer service and English

 

Criteria:

• Software development and/or project management experience
• Experience managing a team of more than 20 preferably in a western business
• Computer Science degree or similar
• Formal team management training
• Very strong spoken and written English. Preferably from experience in an English speaking country
• A strong personality and with obvious leadership traits
• Experience setting and maintaining team culture
• Customer focused
