Responsibility:

You’ll be responsible in making the tour program a success. You work together with a driver and a local guide in providing the best care and services to clients, ensuring their well-being and security during the whole program. Above all, your main goal is to make clients happy and make them feel like they’re family.

Basic Requirements:

• University graduate D3/S1 in Tourism, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Male/female with 2 years related working experience
• Self-driven with fun and loving attitude

Skills:

• The ability to approach clients, relate with them on many levels, and also empathize with them. Knowledge in pop culture such as music, films, celebrities is a huge plus.
• The ability to understand and communicate effectively with clients in one or more of the languages  English, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese
• The ability to share knowledge about interesting sites and cities in the world, most importantly beautiful places in Bali and how to get there
• The ability to mentally process logical problems that arise on the road, remain calm, and take counter-actions effectively
