TOOLING ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
Design – Product Development and provide injection mold tools to support development process manufacturing stage through production supply chain
Requirements

• D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
• S1 Mechanical Engineer with GPA 3.00
• Experience Min. 2-3 years in manufacturing plant in the same position.
• Have knowledge about tool making, tool design, auto cad, and pro-e.
• Proficient to make Mold Design, especially with family mold cavity.Proficient to make Mold Splitting
• Core-Cavity.Proficient to make detail drawing for working process
• 2D mold design with AutoCAD or 3d mold design with any design software.
• Know about Pro-ENGINEER is a plus.
• Know about mold making process ( manual machining, EDM process, CNC)
• Know about Electrode making and Cam programing.
• Know about FMEA is a plus.
• Has strong leadership, and has capability handle a Team.
• Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
• Safety Knowledge
• Willing to be located in Cikarang – Bekasi
